1. Is the gas tap open?
If the gas tap is closed, open it and check if it ignites.
2. Is it ignited correctly?
Please check the instruction manual of the instrument to see if the ignition method is correct.
3. Can you use other gas appliances?
If you cannot use all the gas appliances, gas supply may be stopped by the gas meter.
4. The gas meter may have stopped the gas supply.
Please check your gas meter. If the red light is blinking, the gas supply is off.
Check the cause. If there is no abnormality, follow the procedure below (how to reset the gas meter) to recover.
